Click on logo above to go to SCH Fairy Garden Balcony webpage   Better Homes & Gardens helped us finish off a mighty year completing the Sparkle Garden at Royal North Shore Hospital, new Clinical Services Building on Level 7 in the Children's Ward. 28 November 2014                 What a wonderful surprise it was to be nominated in the Queens Birthday Honours List for 2014. I was both humbled and so excited to receive the OAM on 5th September 2014 at an Investiture at Government House, Sydney presented by Dame Marie Bashir. Official photos were taken by Rob Tuckwell Photography                 My life's work is visiting the sickest patients, especially children, in our hospitals. I bring smiles to sad faces, lift spirits that are sagging, inspire those that need it, sit with those in the depths of despair and have held the hand of many 'passing'.             My dream is to see a Sparkle Garden in every hospital to help support the wellbeing of hospital patients, family and friends. If with a wand, bells and sparkles, I bring a smile and warm a heart then I am one very happy Fairy.
